§220. Duties of the board; adoption of administrative regulations; rulemaking authority A.

(1)The board of directors shall provide the president with private-sector perspectives on the operation of a large gaming enterprise.
(2)In addition, the board shall:
(a)Approve or disapprove the budget for the operation of the corporation.
(b)Approve or disapprove the terms of major procurements.
(c)Serve as a board of appeal for any denial, revocation, or cancellation by the president of a contract, license, or permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.
(d)Adopt such administrative rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out and implement its powers and duties, the operations of the corporation, the conduct of gaming operation in general, and any other matters necessa
