§ 27:13 — Standards of conduct

A. Each board member shall serve in a fiduciary capacity and shall perform his duties and make decisions in the best interest of the state. B. The Code of Governmental Ethics is applicable to the board as more specifically provided therein. C. The provisions of this Subsection shall apply to the board and its employees in addition to the Code of Governmental Ethics. The board shall adopt rules to implement this Subsection. The board shall adopt rules as additional ethical rules for members and employees which shall include at a minimum the following:

(1)No board member or employee shall engage in gaming activities in any establishment under the jurisdiction of the board, except as required in the course of his duties.
