§1670. Lease-purchase agreements, land and buildings

A.Louisiana Works may enter into lease-purchase agreements for the purpose of acquiring land and buildings for the exclusive use and occupancy of the programs administered under the Louisiana Employment Security Law and solely for the administration of this Chapter. All such lease-purchase agreements shall be made with the approval of the governor and the advisory council, and in conformity with the requirements of the United States Department of Labor pertaining to the use of funds granted to this state in accordance with appropriations made by the Congress of the United States to carry out the provisions of the Act of June 6, 1933, as amended (29 U.S.C. 49-49n), Section 602 of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, and Title III o
