§1318. Assistant secretary and office employees not subject to subpoena For claims arising under this Chapter, the assistant secretary or any other office employee shall not be subject to subpoena for the purpose of testifying in any legal proceeding. This prohibition shall extend to depositions and interrogatories, both written and oral.
