Except for R.S. 22:951(A)(1), (6), and (7) in the case of a variable annuity contract and R.S. 22:931(A)(1), (7), and (9), R.S. 22:933, 934, 935, and 936 in the case of an individual variable life insurance contract, and R.S. 22:942(3) in the case of a group variable life insurance contract and except as otherwise provided in Subpart C of Part IV of Chapter 2 of this Title, all pertinent provisions of the insurance laws of this state shall apply to separate accounts and contracts relating thereto. Any individual variable life insurance contract, delivered or issued for delivery in this state shall contain grace, reinstatement and nonforfeiture provisions appropriate to the contract; any group variable life insurance contract shall contain a grace provision appropriate to the contract and a
