NOTE: Pursuant to R.S. 22:1931.13, this Section terminates on July 1, 2024. §1931.9. Assessment reduction or recalculation NOTE: §1931.9 eff. until July 1, 2022. See Acts 2021, No.
114.Except as provided in this Part, there shall be no reduction or recalculation in the
Insurance Fraud Investigation Fund assessment allocation to the attorney general's office as
provided in R.S. 40:1428.
