§1126. Rate setting
For all health insurance policies, contracts, or certificates that are executed, delivered,
issued for delivery, continued, or renewed in this state after the effective date of this Subpart
the maximum rate differential due to age filed by the carrier as determined by ratio shall be
five to one. The limitation does not apply for determining rates for an attained age of less
than nineteen years or more than sixty-five years.
