§308. Severability
The provisions of this Chapter are severable. It is intended that if any provision of
this Chapter should be adjudged invalid or unenforceable, then such provision, shall be
ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating the
remaining provisions of this Chapter.
