§21. Maps; use of voting machines, technology, and other resources; fees; Voting Technology Fund A. The secretary of state may produce and sell maps of precincts and election jurisdictions. The secretary of state may charge uniform, reasonable fees for the maps. The fees shall be established by rule adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. B. The secretary of state may utilize the voting machines, voting technology, and other resources of his office to conduct an election not governed by the provisions of this Code or law. The secretary of state may charge uniform, reasonable fees for this service. The fees shall be established by rule adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. C.
