§3903. Evaluators; selection and training
A.Each local board shall establish and maintain an accountability relationships
register in accordance with rules adopted by the board for such purpose. The register shall
contain clear definition of who shall be the evaluator or evaluators of whom within the ranks
of teachers and administrators. The evaluators of classroom teachers shall be defined as the
school principal or assistant principal or his respective supervisory level designees.
B.Every employee with responsibility for evaluating a teacher or administrator shall
receive training as provided in this Part.
