A.The state Department of Education shall periodically monitor all programs of educational accountability established pursuant to the provisions of this Part. The methodology to be used in monitoring such programs shall be established by the state Department of Education with the approval of its governing authority and shall be sufficient to determine whether such programs have been implemented, to what extent they have been implemented, and whether such programs comply with the provisions of this Part. Copies of the accountability evaluation procedure, evaluation forms, and program as established by the local school board and approved by the state Department of Education shall be distributed through the local school systems to all employees affected by the educational accountability prog
