§3399.38. Conflict with other laws
A.The provisions of this Part shall supersede and control to the extent of any
conflict with any other provision of law and shall govern a public postsecondary education
institution's obligation to address all forms of discriminatory harassment perpetrated by one
student on another, including sexual harassment.
B.Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit or deny any protections or
remedies available to a student pursuant to any other provision of law.
