§3399.14. Coordination with local law enforcement A. On or before January 1, 2022, each institution and law enforcement and criminal justice agency located within the parish of the campus of the institution, including the campus police department, if any, the local district attorney's office, and any law enforcement agency with criminal jurisdiction over the campus, shall enter into and maintain a written memorandum of understanding to clearly delineate responsibilities and share information in accordance with applicable federal and state confidentiality laws, including but not limited to trends about power-based violence committed by or against students of the institution. B. Each memorandum of understanding entered into pursuant to this Part shall include:
