§3399.13.1. Administrative reporting requirements A. Not later than October tenth and April tenth of each year, the Title IX coordinator of an institution shall submit to the chancellor of the institution a written incident report on the reports received under R.S. 17:3399.13, including information regarding:

(1)The investigation of those reports.
(2)The disposition, if any, of any disciplinary processes arising from those reports.
(3)The reports for which the institution determined not to initiate a disciplinary process, if any.
(4)Any complaints of retaliation and the status of the investigation of the complaints. B. The Title IX coordinator of an institution shall immediately report to the chancellor of the institution an incident reported to the coordinator under R.S. 17:3399.13 if
