§3351.15. Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System; tuition and attendance fee amounts; graduate students; masters degree in business administration; dental hygiene A. In addition to the authority granted to the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System by law authorizing such board to provide for and impose fees and in accordance with the provisions of Article VII, Section 2.1(A) of the Constitution of Louisiana, the board may impose the following increases:

(1)Effective for the Fall 2009 academic session and thereafter, in tuition and attendance fee amounts:
(a)For a full-time graduate student who is enrolling in any institution under its management and supervision by an amount which shall not exceed thirty dollars per credit hour per academic sessi
