§3161. Articulation and transfer of credit; secondary and postsecondary institutions
The postsecondary education management boards, the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, and city, parish, and other local public school boards shall jointly develop and implement articulation and transfer programs and agreements that facilitate and maximize the seamless transfer of credits between and among public secondary and postsecondary educational institutions and that make the most efficient use of faculty, equipment, and facilities.
