§3100.4. Cooperation of state agencies
The authority shall develop a plan for the establishment of education savings
accounts. The Board of Regents, and any other state agency requested to do so, shall
cooperate with the authority and provide technical assistance upon request. To facilitate
participation in the START K12 Program, such plan shall allow for the deposit of small sums
of money on a regular, incremental basis.
