§3047.2. Initial eligibility A. To be eligible for the award, an applicant shall meet the following requirements:
(1)Meet the following minimum age requirements:
(a)Be at least twenty years old in the 2024-2025 award year.
(b)Be at least nineteen years old in the 2025-2026 award year.
(c)Be at least eighteen years old in the 2026-2027 award year.
(d)Be at least seventeen years old in the 2027-2028 award year and thereafter.
(2)Have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent or shall co-enroll in a
qualified program and a program to earn a high school credential that is recognized by the
state of Louisiana.
(3)Be a citizen of the United States as defined by the administering agency.
(4)(a) Be a resident of Louisiana during the twenty-four months preceding the date
of the applicat
