§3047. M.J. Foster Promise Award; purpose; award amount; limitations A. There is hereby created the M.J. Foster Promise Program to provide a financial assistance award to an eligible student who enrolls in a qualified program at a two-year public postsecondary education institution or an accredited proprietary school licensed by the Board of Regents to pursue an associate degree or a shorter-term postsecondary education credential that is a requisite for certain high-demand, high-wage occupations aligned to Louisiana's workforce priorities.
