The Louisiana State Board of Education may in the resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds or other obligations under the provisions of this Sub-part, provide for the pledge of any or all revenues, which may be pledged under the provisions of this Sub-part for the payment of such bonds or other obligations. It may also include in the resolution providing for the issuance of such bonds or other obligations any agreements which may be desired by Federal Agencies or other purchasers of the bonds or obligations to be issued under the provisions of this Sub-part, such agreements or covenants relating to the security for, or the method of payment of, or other matters relating to the issuance of said bonds or other obligations.
