§ 17:2157 — Issuance, form and requisites of bonds or obligations

Said bonds or obligations shall be issued in such form and detail, and shall bear such date and maturity dates, beginning not later than four years from their date, and be of such denomination, and executed in such manner, as may be provided by the resolution or resolutions of the Louisiana State Board of Education authorizing the issuance of the bonds or obligations. Said bonds or obligations shall bear interest at a rate not exceeding six per centum per annum, and shall be payable at such time or times, and in such amount or amounts as may be determined by the Louisiana State Board of Education, provided that all bonds or obligations authorized to be issued under this Act shall mature on or before thirty years from the date thereof, and provided further, that said Board may retain an opt
