§752. First assistant district attorney; additional salary
A.The office of first assistant district attorney for the Thirty-First
Judicial District is created.
B.The first assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for
his services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state, an annual salary
of three thousand four hundred fifty dollars, payable monthly on his own
warrant. This additional salary shall be paid by the parish of Jefferson Davis.
