§751. Additional salary of district attorney
A.The police jury of the parish of Jefferson Davis shall pay the district
attorney of the Thirty-First Judicial District an additional salary of three
thousand six hundred dollars per annum payable monthly on his own warrant
when funds are made available for the payment of that portion of the salary of
said district attorney which is payable by the state of Louisiana.
B.The governing authority of Jefferson Davis Parish shall annually,
and at the time it prepares its general budget of expenses, budget an amount
sufficient to pay the salary fixed herein.
