Text
A.The commission shall elect a chairman and vice chairman from the commission members for four-year terms. The chairman shall be the chief executive officer of the commission. The vice chairman shall function as the chief executive officer of the commission upon direction of the chairman.
B.The domicile of the commission shall be in Baton Rouge. The commission shall hold public meetings at least quarterly except as provided by vote of the commission or by order of the chairman.
