670.§112.13. Abatement or termination of prosecution on basis of an immigration status
determination
No court shall abate or terminate the prosecution of an offense pursuant to this
Subpart on the basis that a federal determination regarding the immigration status of the
defendant has not been determined or may possibly be initiated at a future date.
