§5931. Criminal justice commission; creation and boundaries There is hereby created the Twenty-Seventh Judicial District Criminal Justice Commission, hereafter "commission", for the purpose of providing financing to the offices of the district judges, the district attorney, and the clerk of court for that parish to defray in whole or in part the expenses of such offices pertaining to the criminal justice system. The boundaries of the commission shall include all of St. Landry Parish and the Twenty-Seventh Judicial District, and the commission shall be domiciled in St. Landry Parish.
