§ 13:3417 — Directors made parties in certain proceedings

In any judicial proceeding involving an interpretation of or decision under any provision of Article XIV, Section 15 of the Constitution of Louisiana in which a director of personnel functioning thereunder is not an indispensable party, the director may be made a party thereto at any stage of the proceeding on his own motion or by motion of an indispensable party. Directors made parties to such proceedings shall possess all of the rights afforded to parties in litigation by the laws of this state including the right to appeal and to apply for and obtain writs from the courts of the state. Acts 1962, No. 57, §2.
