§2001. Bastrop Fines, forfeitures, and penalties imposed in criminal prosecutions by the city court of the city of Bastrop shall be paid into the general fund of the city of Bastrop in cases where the prosecution is on behalf of the city and to the parish where the prosecution is on behalf of the state. Costs assessed in criminal matters by the City Court of Bastrop shall be disposed of and used as provided by R.S. 13:1899. Added by Acts 1960, No. 32, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1961; Acts 1987, No. 882, §1.
