Text

A.There shall be three judges of the Juvenile Court for Caddo Parish who shall have full and exclusive authority as judges of the Juvenile Court for Caddo Parish, and they shall preside over said court as a separate court of record. Each judge shall be a qualified elector of the parish of Caddo and shall have been admitted to the practice of law in this state for at least five years prior to his election. Each judge shall have been domiciled in Caddo Parish for at least two years preceding his election. Each judge shall be elected for the same term and at the same time as the judges of the First Judicial District, and each shall receive the same salary as the district judges of the First Judicial District Court.
