Text
A. In addition to the salary payable to the clerk of the criminal district court by the city of New Orleans, he shall be paid by the city an expense allowance not to exceed ten percent of his annual salary. B.
(1)The Louisiana Clerks of Court Certification program, as established pursuant to R.S. 13:782(I) and (J), shall apply to the clerk of the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans.
(2)In addition to those persons eligible pursuant to R.S. 13:782(I)(3) and 1212(B)(2), the person holding the office of clerk of the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans shall be eligible for participation in the clerks of court certification program.
(3)The requisite education and training will be provided as set forth in R.S. 13:782(I)(4).
