Text

Either the City Attorney for the City of New Orleans or the official attorney of the Orleans Parish School Board shall be the attorney of the board of trustees, unless the board of trustees elects to employ a special attorney. Redesignated from R.S. 17:1042 pursuant to R.S. 24:253.
