§951.11. Board of trustees; membership; vacancies The general administration, management, and responsibility for the proper operation of this retirement system and for making effective the provisions of this Part, as well as the exercise of all its corporate rights, powers, and privileges are vested in a board of trustees which shall be composed of nine members, as follows:
(1)The superintendent of the Orleans Parish School Board shall be a member;
(2)Three members of the Orleans Parish School Board to be elected by the said Orleans Parish School Board for a term of four years; elections to fill the places of these three members whose terms have expired shall be held in the month of January every four years.
