§3341. Monroe Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund; continuation

A.The Monroe Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund created and provided for by Act No. 39 of 1964, as amended, is hereby continued for the pensioning of retired members, members who are superannuated, and members with disabilities of the fire department and alarm system and the widows and orphans of the same.
B.Except as provided by this Part, the assets, funds, monies, and properties constituting the fund under Authority of Act No. 39 of 1964 are hereby continued.
