Text

A. The said board of directors above mentioned shall be composed of eight members as follows:

(1)The Mayor of the City of Lake Charles
(2)The Director of Finance of the City of Lake Charles
(3)The City Attorney of the City of Lake Charles
(4)Five members of the Fire Department of the City of Lake Charles, who must have served at least three years in said department before they shall be eligible to membership on said Board. B. The five members from the fire department shall be selected by a secret ballot of its members. The term of the members elected from the fire department shall be two years. The first election shall be held within fifteen days after July 26, 1944 and an election shall be held every two years thereafter. C. The officers of the Lake Charles Fire Fighters Association s
