Text

The said Commissioner of Finance of the City of Lake Charles shall be the Treasurer of said board of directors and custodian of all funds belonging to said Pension Relief Fund. He shall deposit the funds in such depositories as may be designated by said Board and shall disburse funds belonging to said Pension Relief Fund, only upon warrant of the Secretary of said board, countersigned by the President thereof. The official bond of said Commissioner of Finance shall be security for the faithful performance, by said Commissioner of Finance, of his duties as Treasurer of the said board of directors or in lieu thereof he may furnish a valid surety bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars. The premium for the bond shall be paid out of said fund. Designated from Acts 1944, No. 186, §6 by Acts 199
