Whether a document of title is adequate to fulfill the obligations of a contract for sale, a contract for lease, or the conditions of a letter of credit is determined by article 2, 2A, or 5 of chapter 84 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto. Revisor's Note: Former section 84-7-509 repealed by L. 2007, ch. 90, § 78 and the number reassigned to the current text.
