§ 84-1-205 — Reasonable time; seasonableness

Kansas·Ch. 84 UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a)Whether a time for taking an action required by the uniform commercial code is reasonable depends on the nature, purpose, and circumstances of the action.
(b)An action is taken seasonably if it is taken at or within the time agreed or, if no time is agreed, at or within a reasonable time. Revisor's Note: Former section 84-1-205 was repealed by L. 2007, ch. 89, § 49 and the number reassigned to the current text.
