§ 83-311 — Penalty for violations

Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of K.S.A. 83-301 through 83-311 and K.S.A. 83-321 through 83-325, and amendments thereto, or violating or failing to comply with any authorized rules and regulations of the secretary adopted thereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor. Each separate violation shall be a separate misdemeanor.
