§ 83-149 — Same; penalties

Kansas·Ch. 83 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES·Art. 1 AUTHORIZED STANDARDS AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS

Any person who violates any of the provisions of article 1 of chapter 83 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or any of the rules and regulations issued hereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a class A, nonperson misdemeanor.
