Text
Upon receipt of any such application and the filing of the bond required pursuant to K.S.A. 82-165, and amendments thereto, the secretary of state shall issue to such warehouseman a license to advertise and do business as a "bonded warehouseman" in accordance with the laws of this state. Such license shall expire on July 1 next following the issuance thereof, except that any such license issued on or after July 1, 1984, shall expire on December 31 next following issuance thereof.
