Text
(a)Any warehouseman desiring to become a bonded warehouseman shall make application to the secretary of state for a license. The application shall set forth the following information under oath:
(1)The name and business address of the applicant, including the names and addresses of the principal officers and of the directors if the applicant is a corporation, and including the names and addresses of the partners if the applicant is a partnership.
(2)The place or places of business where the applicant proposes to operate as a bonded warehouseman.
(3)The capacity of the warehouse or warehouses which the applicant proposes to operate as a bonded warehouseman.
(4)Such other information as the secretary of state may require.
