Text
(a)At any time after the trial and appointment of a guardian or conservator as provided for in K.S.A. 59-3067, and amendments thereto, and upon the written request of the guardian or conservator, or upon the court's own motion, and after notice to any persons as the court may direct, the court may transfer venue to another district court for good cause shown. In such case, the transferring court shall transmit to the court to which venue is being transferred a certified copy of all pleadings and orders in the case.
(b)Any district court to which venue is transferred shall proceed in the case as if the petition and all proceedings to that point had originally been filed or occurred therein. In the event that, due to the transfer of venue, notice of a change of location of a hearing previo
