§ 58-321 — Destruction of mortgages on file five years and not renewed

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 3 MORTGAGES AND CONDITIONAL SALES
All chattel mortgages which have expired by reason of being on file five years, and not renewed, may be destroyed by the register of deeds as provided in K.S.A. 58-320, the proper entry having been made of such destruction.
