Text

The time for completion of reclamation work may be extended upon presentation by the operator of evidence satisfactory to the director that reclamation of affected land cannot be completed within the time specified by K.S.A. 49-613 without unreasonably impeding removal of material products from other parts of an active site or future removal of material products from an inactive site.
