§ 49-430 — Supplemental provisions

Kansas·Ch. 49 MINES AND MINING·Art. 4 MINED-LAND CONSERVATION AND RECLAMATION
The provisions of K.S.A. 49-405a to 49-405d, inclusive, 49-416a, 49-421a and 49-425 to 49-431, inclusive, and amendments thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of and supplemental to the mined-land conservation and reclamation act.
