Text
(a)The secretary for aging and disability services shall upon request receive from the Kansas bureau of investigation in accordance with K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 22-4715, and amendments thereto, without charge, such criminal history record information relating to criminal convictions as necessary for the purpose of determining initial and continuing qualifications of an operator.
(b)This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the adult care home licensure act.
