§ 39-1008 — Grants-in-aid; approval or rejection; effect
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 10 DAY CARE PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL OR OTHER DISABILITIES
All applications for grants-in-aid shall be submitted to the secretary for his approval or rejection. If approved, the secretary shall be authorized to enter into agreements and expend funds for grants-in-aid as hereinbefore provided.
