§ 39-1006 — Day care programs defined
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 10 DAY CARE PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL OR OTHER DISABILITIES
Day care programs shall be those which provide day service for development in self-help, social, recreational, and work skills for people with intellectual and other disabilities, giving priority to providing services for young people with severe intellectual and other disabilities.
