§ 39-962 — Supervision of district court; final accounting; removal
Kansas·Ch. 39 MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE·Art. 9 ADULT CARE HOMES
The receiver shall be subject to the supervision of the district court. The receiver shall file a final accounting with the district court upon the termination of the receivership. The receiver shall be subject to removal by the district court for good cause.
