Text
(a)The personnel and facilities of the Kansas department for aging and disability services shall be available to the receiver for the purposes of carrying out the receiver's duties as receiver as authorized by the secretary for aging and disability services.
(b)The Kansas department for aging and disability services shall itemize and keep a ledger showing costs of personnel and other expenses establishing the receivership and assisting the receiver and such amount shall be owed by the owner, operator or licensee to the Kansas department for aging and disability services. Such department shall submit a bill for such expenses to the receiver for inclusion in the receiver's final accounting.
